2 DAY NANNY (15463) TEMPLESTOWE, VIC
Rate: $40-$45 per hour including benefits (based on experience and job duties agreed upon)
2 days per week with children aged 22 months & 2 months

Flex with Days, Yes – Either Wednesday or Thursday and Saturday
Flex with times, Yes – Flexibility is essential, as some days may require longer hours or additional help during the week.

We are searching for a second nanny who can work alongside the current nanny to care for a lively toddler and a precious newborn, in Templestowe. With the demands of parenting and household management, the family would greatly benefit from an extra pair of hands.

The Nanny must have experienced with newborns, along with a comprehensive understanding of infant regulations and safety guidelines, such as SIDS safe sleep, safe food handling and hand hygiene. The Nanny must also be someone who is dependable and committed to the role, understanding that the family fully relies on them to show up on time, on the agreed-upon days.

The ideal candidate would be someone who appreciates a clean, neat and organised home and will maintain cleanliness after their self and the child. Although the family has cleaners, they will need someone who will take charge of the child’s cleanliness. 

The primary responsibility will be caring for the kids, including engaging in educational activities and showing love and care. When time permits, nannies are asked to do some light housekeeping, such as the family ironing, emptying the dishwasher, activating washing machine and dryer or helping with unpacking groceries, groceries management, possibly cooking if they enjoy it and other miscellaneous tasks around the home.

**Flexibility is also essential, as some days may vary

You must have or be willing to get:
– Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
– Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
– Have a car & driver’s licence
– Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
– Have the right to work in Australia (Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply)
