Rate: $38.76 – $41.38 (L3) per hour including Super (+ Insurance & Workcover, Employed by Agency)
2 days per week with children aged 4 years & 2 years

Busy farming family looking for an active and fun educator for their two little ones, two days per week.

The educator would be responsible for the 2 year old both days with the oldest child attending pre school on the Wednesday. There has been a recent addition to the family, however this little one will be taken care of solely by Mum at the moment.

When creating educational programming, the successful applicant is to consider the children’s current and emerging interests which include getting outdoors, helping in the garden, swimming and riding bikes. Someone who has a love of farm life and happy to get out and about with the dogs and chickens would be ideal for this role as the family is keen to secure a long-term arrangement.

Basic household chores relating to the daily care and education of the children will be required, along with some occasional driving.

You must:
– Have obtained or are working towards your Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR
have a Bachelor teaching degree (early years or primary) and registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state
– Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
– Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
– Have a car & driver’s licence
– Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
– Have the right to work in Australia (Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply)
