Rate: $35.46 – $36.62 (L2) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

Busy family of five. Living in beautiful Mimegarra WA on large sheep and wheat farm which is situated an hour and half from Perth and half an hour from Wedge Island. The Educator will have access to a 3-bedroom home and meals while on shift. Board and accommodation to be discussed privately between educator and family. The Educator will be looking after twin 4-year-olds who will be attending school next year and 21-month child. The children love being outdoors, drawing, playing with blocks, riding, and helping on the farm. The Family would like an educator who will show initiative with the child’s education program to extend the child’s development.

The family have advised that due to the nature of their industry, the Educator would not be able to bring any pets.  A horse could be accommodated however there would be adjustment costs as feed is scarce.

If you were keen on applying, and lived locally to the area, the family would be willing to assist with the cost of fuel if you chose not to live on the property with them.

You must:
– Have obtained or are working towards your Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR
have a Bachelor teaching degree (early years or primary) and registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state
– Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
– Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
– Have a car & driver’s licence
– Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
– Full working rights in Australia (Applicants with 155, 190 & 186 visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay –
417 & 462 visas need not apply)
