4 DAY NANNY EDUCATOR (15737) WESTMEADOWS, VIC
Rate: $38.76 – $43.66 (L3-Dip) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)
4 days per week with a child aged 3 years

Flex with days and times – ANY TIME IS OKAY AS LONG AS ITS 2-3 DAYS A WEEK FOR A NUMBER OF HOURS, VERY FLEXABLE

Active child who loves the outdoors. Family is looking for a mature minded Educator, who can help focus on developmentally appropriate activities regarding fostering and expanding upon developmental milestones. The educator should also consider the child’s current and emerging interests and use these with their programming. (vehicles, cranes, excavators, police, dinosaurs, the solar system, telling stories and making them into books). It would be great if the Educator had experience in complex trauma, but this is not essential. The family have a German Shepard so educator must be comfortable with animals.

You must:
– Have obtained or are working towards your Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR
have a Bachelor teaching degree (early years or primary) and registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state
– Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
– Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
– Have a car & driver’s licence
– Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
– Full working rights in Australia (Applicants with 155, 190 & 186 visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay –
417 & 462 visas need not apply)
