Rate: $30.53 LIVE IN B per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

4 fabulous children are looking for an energetic, reliable and motivated Educator with a passion for children and their education. Primary care for the 2 and 4 year old with the older children attending the local primary school, so care prior and after those hours will be included along with school holidays.

Having a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care is a plus but not necessary.

Live on site at a beautiful station in Condingup, only a 45min drive from Esperance, one of the most magnificent coastal towns in WA. Explore Lucky Bay, snorkeling, fishing, hiking etc.

Package includes… FREE accommodation in Private 3 bedroom donga, shared bathroom, kitchen/lounge, free wifi. All meals provided. Farm staff may share your donga from time to time, so you can enjoy the social aspect of working alongside other team members.

The family is looking for someone who will be able to offer a long-term commitment, who is fun, flexible and has loads of energy.

You must:
– Not essential, but preferable to have or be working towards getting your Certificate in Early Childhood Education & Care or have a relevant higher education

– Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
– Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
– Have a car & driver’s licence
– Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
– Full working rights in Australia (Applicants with 155, 190 & 186 visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay –
417 & 462 visas need not apply)
