Rate: $35.46 – $41.38 (L2-3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

Live-In Educator required for an amazing team on a large scale cattle station in the NT. Caring for a 20 month old child.  Educator needs to be active, love the outdoors and animals. The family are after someone who can expand upon their developmental milestones, create fun and engage in play. The child is interested in physical play, singing, books and dancing.

Beautiful location and plenty of people to socialise with. There is a recreational area where we get together for drinks and BBQ nights. Attend camp drafts, rodeos, shows, and races. Preferably no pets but for the right person we may be able to accommodate with discussion.

No cooking required as 4 nutritious meals are prepared daily, (breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner). Please note that you will have your own room, the showers are shared with other station workers (separated into Male & Female).  Negotiations relating to board can be made directly with the family.

You must:
– Not essential, but preferable to have or be working towards getting your Certificate in Early Childhood Education & Care or have a relevant higher education

– Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
– Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
– Have a car & driver’s licence
– Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
– Full working rights in Australia (Applicants with 155, 190 & 186 visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay –
417 & 462 visas need not apply)
