Phyllis has been our nanny for our older child and now our second child. Both times she started when I was due to return to work. She has been such a support in the process of returning to work with both children and made it as smooth for both of us. She is very reassuring for my daughters and also for me, as we make this transition from maternity leave to work. Phyllis is fantastic with children of all ages and adapts her interaction and activities accordingly. She has such a caring style and thinks of stimulating activities that they love. Her skills as a nanny at caring, stimulating and settling excel. I feel very lucky to have had Phyllis with both daughters.
