Susan came to us when our youngest child Rachel was about 8 months
old. I was in a mother baby unit with her, she had been a very unwell
child. She rang whilst I was in hospital and asked if she could wash
all of the bedding, I couldn’t believe it. Since then she comes once a
week to look after my girls. She has also looked after other children
during this time. She does all my washing and ironing also. She is
wonderful with our children, always brings extra videos etc for Harry
at school holidays. She has an excellent knowledge and is very calm and
efficient. She does above and beyond what she is required to do and we
look forward to her staying with our family in the future.
