Dear Chris and Annie,
Hello, hope you are both well. I am just writing to thank you both very
much for your time and support, since I met you both.

Thank you
for taking the time to inform me that I was successful with my
application for becoming a carer through your agency. I was very happy
as you can imagine. Thank you also for organising a meeting with
Graeme, Lea, James and Chloe. They truly are a lovely family, and if I
may add are very warm and comfortable people to be around.

I owe
you yet again another thank you, for keeping me up to date every step
of the way with Graeme and Lea. I really do appreciate the professional
way you both handle everything and still manage to keep such bubbly
personalities. I’m sure I’m not the only applicant who has found you
