Rate: $38.76 – $41.38 (L3) per hour including Super (+ Insurance & Workcover, Employed by Agency)

Educator required to become part of loving family. One gorgeous and bubbly 16-month-old. The Educator will be required to care for child’s basic needs while focusing on developmentally appropriate activities regarding fostering and expanding upon the development milestones. Family would like an educator to assist with the child’s social skills and encourage age-appropriate activities, requires one-on-one care and constant monitoring. Family would prefer an educator who will show initiative with the child’s education program to extend her development skills. Someone fun loving, who likes to sing, reading, messy play and playing outside. The family is immunocompromised. The family is happy to be flexible with days and times. If you are the perfect fit for the family, then they are happy to fit in with your timetable, however it must be at least two days. Beautiful coastal town in sunny Queensland.

You must:
– Have obtained or are working towards your Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR
have a Bachelor teaching degree (early years or primary) and registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state
– Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
– Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
– Have a car & driver’s licence
– Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
– Have the right to work in Australia (Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply)
